Natural with zoom controls and 24MP photos in Standard

Natural Processing has been fixed at a single field of view since launch. Now it zooms.

Click through your focal lengths or pinch to zoom the way you would in any other mode. A yellow crop box appears in the viewfinder marking your frame - the full sensor stays live around it, so you can see what's just outside the shot while you compose.

Crops are upscaled to 12MP using Lanczos resampling, or upscaled to 3MP past 2x - upscaling can be turned off in settings.

Three resolutions for Standard

Standard photos now shoot at 12MP, 24MP, or 48MP.

• 12MP is the everyday file - smaller, faster, and enough for almost anything that ends up on a screen.
• 48MP is the one to reach for when you're going to crop hard in post or need ultimate clarity.
• NEW: 24MP - the perfect balance between the two.

Set it in the Format menu when in Standard Processing.
